Working with glass since 2004 Nina has quickly become an established glass artist.
Experienced in many styles and who’s influences vary from the natural world through to graphic art. With a professional standard of work she was also recommended to and now teaches at Portslade community college, Sussex.
Nina works in many mediums. Not only working with traditional leaded lights and copperfoils she can also add various depth and detailing with a mix of painting and sandblasting to create different styles and effects.
Fusing bowls, plates, tiles, wall art and slumping in details that can be personal to you and your piece all adds a nice touch. Restoration is very much a part of her work.
With a passion and a flair for her work nina designs the majority of her pieces from scratch, working with her clients ideas to create original and bespoke works of art.
Whether its stained glass, wall art, fused bowls and plates, sand blasted or painted glass. Maybe some door panels, a hanging piece, a main window or a special piece for the shelf. If its restoration on an antique piece you're needing, then I will be matching colour and texture within the glass as near to the original as possible. Including rectifying damaged paint work or sand blasting, also total re-leading if necessary, to bring it back as good as new. A 25% deposit is expected on confirmation of design.
